Trophi coordinate the project in which new bacteria with extraordinary probiotic activities are produced on large scale, in stable form to be then used in aquaculture of fish, shrimps or shellfish. 

Probiotics stabilize the microbiota and prevents pathogenic baceria to cause disease, strenghten the immune system of animals and has a positive impact on their growth rates.
